Web version of Quartus II 13.0 sp1 for ALTERA EP2C20F256

Question

In support of an existing product, I need tools to work with ALTERA EP2C20F256.Does the ALTERA EP2C20F256 require Quartus 13.0 sp1 or can the latest version be used?I downloaded  what was supposed to be the Web version of 13.0 sp1, but the installation process tells me it is a subscription version with 30 day trial.  Is the Web version still available and if so, were can I find it. Do I need to purchase a subscription for 13.0 sp1 or is the free web version still available?

1. For Cyclone II device, the latest Quartus version supported is Quartus 13.0 sp1. You can check the latest version through here (Select by Device): https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/download-center.html

2. You can download the Quartus II Web version 13.0 sp1 here: https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/13.0sp1/?edition=web

3. It is free.
