Ways to recrete the current project

Hello All, I am curious is there any ways to recrete the current project in another work area while keeping same files, copying all ips? Or is the only way to do this is still copying it manually?

Let's say we have another work area having all the design and tb files ready. Is there any ways to create a project that can import all the design files and constraints while keep the same setting as the old project? The files will be in the same hierarchy in the work area.
