VHDL encryption tools for Quartus Prime Lite/Standard

Hallo, we are looking for the latest versions of the documentation and executables of ampcrypt/amplic/opencrypt/openlic. Any contact person available at Intel for this topic? We would like to encrpyt VHDL/Verilog files to allow usage in Quartus Prime Lite and Standard (target FPGA device is a Cyclone 10 LP). Thanks for your help!
