USE_OE parameter not found

Hello,

I use "ALTIO_BIDIR altera" IP come from IP Catalog on Quartus with the needed settings . When I us it, the pin "oe" (for input or output enable) don't work. The "ALTIOBUF IP Core user guide" specifies to set the "USE_OE" parameter to enable the "oe" pin but I can't find it in the module file.

Where can I find and set the "USE_OE" parameter ?
