Unable to Update Physical Address for License Regeneration

Question

Hi all,I'm experiencing an issue with license generation for Questasim with regards to randomised mac addresses. I have turned the setting off now but am unable to change the address to the correct value as per the error message below:"The host information cannot be updated as there are no available Rehost on one or more licenses."Is there a a method to gain extra rehost requests?Cheers,Jack

Hi Sheng,I was unable to file a ticket with Premier Support. However, after 24 hours, my machine's mac address returned to the one listed on the Questa sim license.Many Thanks,Jack
