Unable to generate License

Hi,

My company has purchased Arria 10Gx , and I am now trying to generate a Quartus Prime Pro license. The development kit comes with a serial number that is stated on the box. From your Reference guide, I got know that this is the activation code.

I have tried these steps, going to Licenses > Find and Generate License By Activation Code, and entered the Serial Number from the sticker on the package. This resulted in "Error Invalid License Activation Code". Could you please help me in procuring the license.
