Hi manishkumar,
I do not understand that you are trying to install in your virtual machine. Is your default system using windows?
And you started with the steps following the below ?:

Thanks.

Hi manishkumar,
Try the below for the power shell related steps:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual
After done, do the "sudo apt" steps from the previous document:
https://www.terasic.com.tw/wiki/Getting_Start_Install_WSL
Thanks.
