Unable to Create hello world project in Quartus23.1 in Nios II Software Build tool for Eclipse

Hi Aik Eu,

As per above reference link I am trying to install WSL on my VM , but getting error:

Also trying with cmd : Set-VMProcessor -VMName MKCVM01 -ExposeVirtualizationExtensions $true

but unable to install WSL

looking for solution for the same
