The attached LPM-counter symbol does not work.

I use Quartus (Quartus Prime 19.1) Lite Edition. The attached LPM-counter symbol does not work. The green text on the symbol is also weird. Any problems?

Hi Oksang,

From the counter14_schematic.jpg, What I can tell is the the input pins clock is not connected. Try to connect the input first and also I not sure if that is the correct way to insert all 16-bits output pins.
