Terms of Use for Quatus Prime Lite and Questa Intel FPGAs Standard

We are considering using the above tools for the purpose of improving our employees' skills.
We will not use them for commercial purposes such as developing and providing FPGA products or related systems.
Are there any operational restrictions for this purpose?

We are also considering the following operations. Please confirm that there are no issues with the terms of use.
(1) Installing on a shared company PC for use by an unspecified number of employees for training purposes.
(2) Installing on a remote desktop PC for use by an unspecified number of employees for training purposes.
(3) Installing on individual PCs for use by employees on their own PCs for training purposes.

    Hi Minoru,

    If your company plan to use the software for non-commercial purposes and training, then you're good to go.

    Please note that before you download and install the software, please check that your machine Hardware Requirements and Software Requirements are meet before installation.

    Ensure that your Operating System is supported.
