SVF file for LCMXO256C and debugger method

Hello,

I have been struggling for several days to try to read an IDCode of a component with my USB Blaster. It's work with a BF351, not with LCMXO256. Don't know why. (NB: the LCMXO256C have a sleep pin, it's good, it's hight to activate the JTAG port).

Would anyone be so kind as to write the contents of an SVF file to read it with Quartus.

If we could also put screenshots of the different steps with the values (Clock, etc) to find it with the graphical view of the debugger. (Step by step)
