Hi I receive a "Failed to refresh PTF file" error when trying to generate my SOPC. I have searched the Win32 error 487 and have found that it commonly is caused by using Windows Vista or Logitech software, neither of which I have. I am running Version 8.1 software on XP. Is this something with my cygwin?
