SOPC Win32 error 487

Hi I receive a "Failed to refresh PTF file" error when trying to generate my SOPC. I have searched the Win32 error 487 and have found that it commonly is caused by using Windows Vista or Logitech sof...

No spaces in project path.

Turned off Read-Only on all files.

I'm running Symantec Endpoint and I am not allowed to disable the antivirus. If the antivirus was the cause wouldn't this affect other project's SOPC generation?
