Signal tap Hierarchy Display unchecks (std23.1)

Hello, since I moved to Quartus 23.1, Signal tap is almost unusable. Each time I click on a button, a tab or when a capture is triggered, the checkboxes in the Hierarchy display pane become unchecke...

Yes I tried to create a new stp but this is still there.

However, I tried with other quartus projects and some work while some others don't.
