Serial Lite II IP - Is it still supported?

I want to upgrade an Arria II GX v10.1 project and a Stratix IV v14.1 project to a newer version. However, Serial Lite II IP does not show up in the IP Catalog for Quartus versions v19.1 and higher even though the FPGA devices are still supported. Can anyone tell me what the deal is with this? I do know that this IP can still be purchased at Mouser. Please advise. Thank you.
