Hello,
Is it possible for two Agilex 7 FPGAs with mismatched Transceiver Tile technologies (one is R Tile and the other F-Tile) to communicate using Serial Lite 4 ?

Yes, refer: 2.3. IP Version Support Level
It says Agilex 7 series supported.
You need to make sure about the parameters to match.
