Self-service licensing

Hi

I have got Embedded IP suite license registered using Mac id of my laptop around 7 years ago. Now that laptop is not working so I need to transfer it to my new laptop. The problem is my company email id is changed so FPGA SSLC is not recognizing my old email in Azure portal. With my new email id I can have created new account in SSLC Azure portal but how can I get new license file of Embedded IP suite of Intel FPGA in new account
