Self-service licensing site hang

Hello, and sorry for the newbie question!

I'm trying to enroll in the self-service licensing for Quartus prime. My account seems to have been created (I'm able to enter my email, password, and verify via text message) and I make it to the page where I'm supposed to choose a "Profession", at which point the site hangs and crashes.

I've tried this on Chrome and Firefox, and on Ubuntu and Windows with the same results.

Is there something going on with the website? Any timeline to fix?

Please advise.
