roeekalinskyContributor2 years ago@Pengzhao,Looks like you're using the Quartus "Lite" edition. As far as I know, only the "Pro" edition supports IEEE-1735 encryption. Intel folks, please confirm.[Edit: just confirmed by @SyafieqS ]
