Request for IEEE 1735 Encryption Public Key

I work for a large technology company who have licenses for Quartus pro edition FPGA tool. We will be encrypting RTL using IEEE 1735 standard which will then be synthesized in Quartus. User Guide pointed me to this forum to ask for the key:
