Rehosting Quartus License

I need to rehost my Quartus license to my new workstation. However I can't access Intel Self-service Licensing Center because of an Access Denied error. Support was not able to help with this error ...

    OLD and NEW NICID(Mac Add) :

    Also provide the previous license.dat file
