I am unable to do simulation in Quartus because of some License problem. I tried getting the certificate from the SSLC and changed the environment variables also but still i am getting the same error...

New ContributorI had to get a no fee license from the altera SSLC website and they send you the license to your mail and the procedure to setup the license.
