Questa license issue

Hi,

I have installed Questa 23.1 starter edition, generates a license and set an environment variable to the license, however I am getting the following

I ran lmutil lmdiag and found the license, which said the it is the correct node for the node-locked license

I have double checked the variable is written correctly.

Is there anything I could've missed?

    Welcome to Intel forum. To narrow down this issue, can you please provide me the latest of the following?

    1) Machine OS information

    2) license.dat file

    3) report of lmutil.exe lmdiag intelqsim
