Questa License Generation Issue

Hello Folks,

Whenever I try to generate a license for Quest Starter Edition, it says License request submitted successfully. But I see Submission Error when I look at Enlistments. I have attached a screen shot.

Can someone please assist ?

      I am seeing this same issue with submission error. Was this ever resolved or is it just an intermittent problem?

    I face exactly the same issue. License generation yields a success message and a promise to send the license file to my email. The mail never arrives, and the Entitlements indicates submission error.
