Questa license error--unable to checkout a viewer license

Hi,

I applied Questa license from Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center, set the LM_LICENSE_FILE environment correctly on PC, when run RTL Simulation, I got the error "Unable to Checkout a viewer license necessary for use of the Questa Intel Started FPGA Edition graphical user interface. vsim is closing".

How to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

    License files were getting generated incorrectly recently (all lines of the file strangely commented out). Try regenerating your license file at the SSLC.

    I fixed the error, it isn't due to the license.

    I set the license on a PC, but remotely login it, then the error got while simulating remotely.

    I login the PC directly and simulate it without any error now.
