Questa - license problem

I have installed Questa Altera Starter 25.2. It works at home. But when I open this software at the university compound, I get the following error and can’t use it –

“Unable to checkout a viewer license necessary for use of the Questa Altera Starter FPGA Edition graphical user interface. Vsim is closing.”

Please find attached the screenshot of the problem.

    The error message indicates an invalid host, which means the Host ID in the license file does not match the Host ID of the machine.
    Could you compare the Host ID of the target machine with the Host ID specified in the license file?
    If the Host IDs do not match, the license will not work.
    In that case, you will need to generate a new license file using the correct Host ID for the machine.
