Quartus Prime project access permission error

Hello, I just installed Quartus Prime Lite 2023.1. I am coming across following error "Can't open project -- you do not have permission to write to all the files or create new files in the project...

I have the same exact problem. I havent used OneDrive and doing literally everything that I could find about this problem and still nothing. I can't even open newly made project files so I dont know what else to do.
