Quartus Prime Fatal Error: Access Violation

Hi all,
I have been using Quartus with DE10-NANO board for two weeks. When I try to flash the memory I often get this error:

Fatal Error: Access Violation at 0X00007FF9A7B0D51D

I attach a text file with the whole message I get from quartus.

I hope someone can help, thanks

    Hi Alberto,


    May i know which programming file you are using to program the flash? Also, have you tried to program with a SOF programming file?
