Quartus Prime Download

I am unable to download the Quartus Prime Std 23.1 application because of some internet issue. I checked the internet where it said that i can upload a ca certificate but i dont see any option to upl...

I did try that as well its still the same. I tried the same for the 25.1 version and i downloaded it but i am unable to get any devices. I am able to see only Cyclone V boards and nothing else. I also tried installing the devices separately. But in the device installer it said that those devices are already installed. I checked the device files and i seem to be missing some files. I will share the screenshot of those. I would appreciate any help.

 

The first one is the Cyclone V and the second one is Cyclone IV E. Can anyone please help me.

Could you share a screenshot of what you see when opening the Quartus Standard 25.1 installer GUI?

        It looks like the installation was not completed successfully. You should see a green check mark next to the installed components when the installation is successful.
        I would recommend uninstalling the affected Quartus 25.1 installation and ensuring that all residual files are removed.
        After that, use the Quartus Installer to download and install both the Quartus software and the required device support packages.
        Once the installation is complete, verify that all selected components show a green check mark.
