Quartus II crashing in Help menus

Yes, it was set to Chrome and path appeared to be valid, albeit Chrome seems to be installed in the user's local AppData folder. Maybe some privilege issues involved there (just speculating). But anyway, changing it to Explorer's path seems to have fixed the problem. So, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. :)
