Quartus II 12sp1_Internal Error

Dear Altera,

I had been using your Quartus II 12.0sp1 software and I am getting this Internal error. I did not get much help on any of the post and dont know why this Internal error occurs. The following description displays the error window message. Please have a look and kindly provide some solution.
