Which Quartus Lite version are you using?As mentioned by FvM, the MAX10 DD device is supported starting from Quartus version 22.1 onwards. I recommend to install the latest Quartus Lite version.

MAX10 DD types are supported since Quartus 22.1, as far as I see also in Quartus Lite. I checked with most recent 24.1 Lite.
