quartus 90 Day Evaluation license can't generate bitstream

I was using the 90 day evaluation license to compile a cxl type 3 design example but end up with error message saying the cxl type 3 ip is not license despite it shows clearly under licensed ip core ...

The evaluation license for CXL does not support POF/SOF generation.

You have two options:

1.Use the Altera CXL IP Design Example (includes pre-generated SOF files for specific boards only; note: no changes to the IP or Design Example are allowed).

2. Purchase the CXL IP license.
