Quartus 23.2 – Design Security Feature License Required

Hello,

I am using Quartus Prime Pro 23.2 and would like to enable the Design Security feature as described in the documentation:

"To enable the design security feature, you can obtain a license file from Intel FPGA Technical Support."

Could someone please advise how to obtain the required license file?
