Quartus 22.1

I just installed Quartus 22.1 and it seems that most of my drop-down menus are grayed out and unclickable. I don’t have the FPGA yet, but I did install multiple device packs. For example max 10 and Cyclone V.

    Any snapshot if possible?

    Does reinstall solve the issue?
