Quartus 20.1 Patch 0.18 link not working

We need to use Temperature sensor IP which is broken in Quartus 20.1 (latest Quartus we have license for). But patch is not possile to download (oops!): https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/suppo...

    Quartus license is perpetual with a year of updates, after which you would need to keep the subscription going only if you wanted to use newer versions of the tools.


    Regarding the patch,
    Attached is the patch file. Please read the readme.txt file for disclaimer.
    I will file an IT ticket to fix the broken link.
