Quartus 10.1 Waveform Editor back?

In the what's new in 10.1 blurb, Altera mentions that it has an "Improved Simulation Experience":

"New ModelSim-Altera Edition and ModelSim-Altera Starter Edition version 6.6c deliver a new waveform editing capability. When you're working on a part of your design, you can use waveform editing to quickly generate input stimulus for verification by editing a waveform instead of spending your time developing a testbench."

Sounds like the Waveform Editor is back, right? But I don't see any trace of it in 10.1. Anyone know what this is about?

the waveform editing features of ModelSim-AE/ASE have been enabled

The waveform editor is a Modelsim feature.  It is NOT part of QuartusII.

What's the difference between the Starter Edition and the regular Edition of Modelsim?

Altera-ModelSim has features disabled.  You need to contact Altera and ask for the differences.  I don't know the exact differences.  But once I talked to a Altera technical staff.  He mentioned that Altera-ModelSim is limited.
