Quartus & Modelsim USB dongle renewal problems

Dear Support team,

I would like to know if the licences ".dat" files (see in attachements .zip) that I've generated from the "Intel self licencing Center" in May 2020 are correctly generated and benefiting from the renewal that we have paid already and which is indicated below (OERDER INFORMATION). We noticed that only the old version of Modelsim version 10.1d is still working but not the recent versions 10.3C ! More generally speaking what are the exact benefit of renewal our two licences for our dongle USB ? Which versions of Quartus and Modelsim does it concern ?
