Purchased feature not in license

For License L-1222365, Intel Quartus Prime, the NRAO purchased the SEU mitigation feature. Please inject that feature into the license. Order ID: 00101904 License activation code: LUUDE4SX6JUK24 PO# D000000162627

    For the purchasing license have to contact the respective distributor where the license purchased from.

    That's what I thought, but the distributor says otherwise. I have stopped payment on the license.
