    Hi,

    We figured out it is necessary to use Quartus Prime Pro Programmer instead of the standard version.

    I downloaded the newest version of the QuartusProProgrammer (Standalone) an now it works too on Win 11.

Hi, I have the same problem.

I am trying to program a 10M02SCU169 using Quartus Prime Lite Version 23.1std.0 on Windows 11. It fails at 4% without further explanation than "Error (209012): Operation failed".

I have tried with Quartus Prime Pro Version 25.1.1 Programmer (downloaded it standalone) and it works.
