Problem with MegaWizard Plug-IN manager

I'm sorry if this problem has been addressed before.

I am a student learning about the De-2 board.

I downloaded and installed the Quartus 2 web edition.

When I was trying to follow the tutorial "My first Fpga." to customize a Muxplexer with the Megawizard Plug-in Manager,

I found there is only a "LPM_CLSHIFT" in the folder "Gates" .

Where are the "LPM_MUX" and other "LPM_***" in the illustrated picture of that tutorial?

Or , Is this a kind of limitation for the web edition??

Is there any Altera guys can help me?

    the lpm functions were trimmed down in QII 10.0, try installing 9.1sp2
