New ContributorNo access to the Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC)
I have a Quartus license and tried to access the Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC), but when I log in with my account, I get a message saying that I do not have access to this site (I attached a screenshot). What should I do? When I sent a help message through the link on this page, I received an automatic email directing me to seek help through other channels, such as the Altera community forum.

May I know your account is purchased license account?

JayI also have the same problem, even I also register my account again.
As I know, Altera system seems under migration recently, does it impact the SSLC?

I am also unable to log on to the new Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC) website hosted on Altera.Com. When I clicked on "Register" on http://www.altera.com/SSLC, it goes to the "Create Account" webpage, but the form to enter data is not displayed.

I registered for a new account, and I am now able to log in to the SSLC.

Make sure logout first before register in.
