PRIVATE: RNFORMAT STRING "33" vs PRIVATE: RNFORMAT STRING "16"

I used different version of Quartus to generate same core (ALTMULT_ADD). I noticed there are a few differences on the generated .VHD file, one of them is : PRIVATE: RNFORMAT STRING "33" vs PRIVATE...

No idea. Stuff like this is probably to do with internal stuff. And different versions of quartus support different things, hence the different results.
