PHY-lite application problems. Can not place pin. Where I can find the location constrians ?

Error(175022): The BYTE could not be placed in any location to satisfy its connectivity requirements There are five same errors of pin RESET_n\A[0]\A[10]\LDQ[0]\UDQ[0].
