Not able to renew license for Quartus II 18.1 Prime Pro

Hello,

I want to renew license for Quartus II Prime Pro asap.

However i dont have a login with which this license was purchased so that i can renew the same.

Can some Sales representative help me here. This got expired on Sept 10 2020.
