Not able add signal tap in Quartus II 32-bit Version 13.0.1 Build 232 06/12/2013 SJ Web Edition

hi

I am getting Internal Error if try to probe the signal for a cyclone II device using Quartus II 32-bit Version 13.0.1 Build 232 06/12/2013 SJ Web Edition

    IE mostly related to tool issue, do you mind to provide any the design to replicate and debug?
