New Quartus/Questa license Questa Issue

That isn't a short answer, I have been an Altera Design partner for about 16 years, through the original Altera, partner program managed by Mike Sharpless (no longer with the company) and Chris Gourier (no long with the company) and Daisuke, now the manager of the new ASAP consultants program which I am a part of. Back then I had the emails for the people who actually generated the licenses, non of them are with the company anymore. I could simply email them back then and get a new license and one of the managers would ok it. Then, when Intel purchased Altera, the consultants program was merged into the Intel partner program, but still then, I could email someone, and it was Chris and Daisuke who approved them. Now, in the last year or so since Altera has spun back off to a separate company again, Daisuke and his boss Mark Moran put together the new ASAP consultants program, again I am a member and the annual full licenses are part of the membership benefit. This is the first renewal I have needed since this new structuring. Daisuke can answer any questions about the program and my eligibility. Unfortunately with the delay you have caused, Altera may be losing a million dollar a year customer, they have asked me to contact AMD and Microchip on Monday to begin discussions.
