New Quartus Prime License - Missing Device and Features

We have purchased a new Quartus License and FIR Compiler II License and are getting the following errors when trying to compile an old design on Quartus 12.1 SP1.

Error (119013): Current license file does not support the EP3C40F324I7 device

Warning (12190): FIR_Compiler (6AF7_0012) will use the OpenCore Plus Hardware Evaluation feature

Warning (12190): Nios II Processor (6AF7_00A2) will use the OpenCore Plus Hardware Evaluation feature

My understanding is the FIR Compiler and NIOS II Processor licenses are not available anymore. Please advise on how to resolve these issues!
