Thank you very much for your quick repsonse.

It's a no-cost license.

The current Computer is with the "Primary Computer ID" . And the license type is "Floated".

I would like to change the license type to "Fixed" with the same "Primary Computer ID". And I tried it on the window below, But when I clicked "Save", but it told this error:


Could you please help me with this ? Thank you very much!

I will check with the internal team on this. 
Do you have other NIC ID to generate the fixed license for now? 
If not, I can generate one for you.
