Need help to rehost licenses

Our company had Altera perpetual licenses hosted on an old Linux machine, IT has to move away from the old OS, so that we need to rehost these licenses to a newer OS (Linux 8).

Please help to re-generate the license. Meanwhile we also need the latest license server binary to run on the new Linux 8.
